Day 2 with the Kosh's


We had a great day yesterday with the Kosh's...Dean and Bob left for meetings in the morning, and Cindy and I took the kids to the Madame Trousseau wax museum.  After an hour long wait in line, the kids were not as impressed as I had hoped...three five year olds do not know many  celebrities....missed our target audience.  They liked Indiana Jones, Spider Man and Shrek - I think that was about it.  Waste of money and time.

They did like riding on the tube there, and we rode a double decker home.

We headed to Pizza Express for lunch and then home to play in Holland Park.  Cindy and I did some shopping on the High Street.

The grown ups had a lovely dinner with Dean's boss at the notable Ivy Restaurant..very nice place, wonderful service and some celebs were spotted - Cindy got her photo taken by the paparazzi - and loved it!!  Out until midnight then a nightcap - a late night.  Poor Bob is off to Warsaw today - he will be tired.

Lolo left for her class trip to the Isle of Wight - an island in the English channel where sailing is the name of the game..she called last night and had a great day windsurfing and setting up her room with 7 of her closest friends.

Disney Paris - April 2011 with Oki and Meg While Rachel was on her ski trip to Montgenievre in France, and Lauren was studying for her GCSE exams, I took Meg and her friend to Disney Paris for 4 days...it was pure innocent bliss - the girls were so happy and appreciative it was a real enjoyabl...

The Cruise- Monday- St Tropez

 Welcome to sunny splendid StTropez by the sea-   Made famous by Bridget Bardo in her 1960 film   She and many other famous people call St Tropez home and I can see why  - charming old alleys and shops mixed among cafe and the water is everywhere   So amazing  these photos do not do it justice    Met a sweet young couple at this cafe from Greenwich  (voted for Bob)  on their 2nd wedding anniversary   Youngest people we have spoken to in a while haha! Came off the ship on to tinders today   A but bumpy but a lovely little trip  Then a rough and late night at sea.
