June 29th 2007 - all is well
I have been getting concerned calls from CT..we are fine..no worries. When we live in a big city these types of things are to be expected. I feel safe knowing that people and police are on top of things and have our safety well under control. I don't head to Piccadilly area too much anyway, too crowded for me to deal with.
Bob and I are meant to go to a black tie Ball for the Henley Regetta tonight, but he is stuck in Germany and may not make it home in time...my new shoes...waa
Lauren is coming home this afternoon from her week long trip away in Devon - by the sea and I can't wait to here about her trip.
Nothing much to report. Megan had her last day of school this week and it was a sad goodbye to her new friends and teachers - they made a difficult transition a piece of cake for her (and me).
Miss Mimi and Papa but thank God they weren't here for this..Papa would never come back!!
French lesson #3 tomorrow morning..bon soir mon amies!!
