Friday December 29th

Hello all Another postcard from London. 

 We slept until noon today..wow.. had a nice breakfast at the hotel and then off to Bob’s office. It is nice, and quiet as most people are on Christmas Holiday. 

We went to look at cars then back to the house to get some clean clothes and play a bit. We had an awesome dinner at Sticky Fingers, a rib house owned by one of the Rolling Stones…delicious food and very fun atmosphere. (lots of Rolling Stones Music). Lots of smokers in London so we are a bit red eyed. 

All are well. We walked along the High Street near the house but it is late so everything is closing up…no one is tired so we are all on computers or reading. 

How are we to adjust to this time change?…we are awake when we are meant to sleep and sleeping all morning..yikes. No good news on the furniture…it may be Jan 9th before we see it..good thing we do like the hotel. I think we are going to accept the GE offer and say goodbye to Tanglewood Lane …10 great years but it's time to let it go. 

My friend Heather has offered to take Sparky and Lucky until April..they have 2 dogs and are pretty nutty about Sparky…can you believe someone who would WANT Sparky every day…her husband has done a lot of work at our house and knows Sparky well so he does know what he is in for. That would be good for the pups. She is home a lot during the day and they have a fence for the yard and a play area for dogs. 

 It was a bit rainy and windy today, but still pretty warm 54. That’s all there is…miss you all…
